Trinity has been on a difficult stretch since their win on January 2. Neither they nor the Northwest Texans could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Trojans have been dealt a draw since back in January.

Trinity's draw gives them a new season record of 1-5-2. Meanwhile, Northwest's record is now 2-7-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity will host Bell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Trinity is facing Bell at the right time seeing as Bell is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Northwest, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Timber Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Northwest's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for eight straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
