Volleyball Recap: Salado Eagles vs. Liberty Hill Panthers

Salado lost against Liberty Hill back in October of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Salado Eagles took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Liberty Hill Panthers.

Salado took a 1-0 lead headed into the second set, but sadly they lost the next two. After all that action, the final score was 16-25, 25-23, 25-18, 25-22.

Brooklyn Escobar was the offensive standout of the game as she had 17 digs. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had four or more in the last 24 games she's played dating back to last season.

Salado's defeat dropped their record down to 23-6. As for Liberty Hill, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which somehow isn't as good as their 26-5 record this season.
