Recap: MTI School of Knowledge vs. Irvington Preparatory Academy
MTI School of Knowledge's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They were beaten by Irvington Preparatory Academy 86-20. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points MTI School of Knowledge has scored all season.
It was another big night for Javen Medaris, who scored 20 points along with five rebounds for Irvington Preparatory Academy. Those 20 points set a new season-high mark for him. Gideon Ohuabunwa was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with five rebounds and four steals.
MTI School of Knowledge's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Irvington Preparatory Academy, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-3.
MTI School of Knowledge will take on Indianapolis Lutheran in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday at. Irvington Preparatory Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Horizon Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
