Volleyball Game Preview: Baldwin Bulldogs vs. Santa Fe Trail Chargers

The Baldwin Bulldogs will face off against the Santa Fe Trail Chargers on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Baldwin lost 3-0 to Ottawa on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bulldogs have suffered against the Cyclones since October 5, 2020.

Meanwhile, Santa Fe Trail didn't have quite enough to beat Burlington on Tuesday and fell 2-1. The Chargers haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Santa Fe Trail started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-16, 25-18.

Santa Fe Trail's defeat dropped their record down to 24-12-3. As for Baldwin, their loss dropped their record down to 7-21-4.
