Basketball Recap: Lakeside Takes a Loss

Lakeside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 70-19 loss at the hands of the Timberlake Tigers. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-9.

Lakeside's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Timberlake, their victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lakeside will challenge Brewster at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Timberlake, they will face off against Lakeside at 7:00 p.m. on January 14th.
