Recap: Massac County Patriots vs. Vienna Eagles
The Massac County Patriots entered their tilt with the Vienna Eagles with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. Massac County enjoyed a cozy 77-63 win over Vienna on Saturday. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Massac County got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Will Harmon out in front who scored 22 points. Another player making a difference was Isaac Hosman, who scored 16 points along with five assists and five rebounds.
Massac County has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. As for Vienna, their loss dropped their record down to 17-6.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Massac County will take on Murphysboro at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Vienna, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Meridian at 6:30 p.m.
