The Ann Sobrato Bulldogs will take on the Leland Chargers at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Ann Sobrato is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.

On Friday, Ann Sobrato strolled past Gunderson with points to spare, taking the game 33-14.

Brayden Hughes had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 72 yards on only seven carries, while also throwing for 153 yards on only ten passes.

Hughes was just one part of a punishing run game: Ann Sobrato was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 248 rushing yards. The Bulldogs are a perfect 5-0 when they've run for more than 200 yards.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Leland). They took down Gilroy 27-12 on Thursday.

Ann Sobrato's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Leland, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-6.

Saturday's matchup might be decided in the trenches. Ann Sobrato has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 245.4 rushing yards per game.
