Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jim Thorpe). Everything went their way against the North Schuylkill Spartans on Monday as they made off with a 7-1 win. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Jim Thorpe and bumps their season record up to 5-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored ten goals over those two matches. As for North Schuylkill, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Looking ahead, Jim Thorpe is taking a road trip to take on Salisbury Township at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for North Schuylkill, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Pine Grove at 6:15 p.m.
