Volleyball Recap: Chase Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Chase lost against Lincolnton back in September of 2019 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Trojans came up short against the Wolves, falling 3-0.

Chase was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-22, 25-20.

Despite the loss, Chase still got an impressive performance from MyleeKaye Fincher, who had eight digs, two aces, and one block. Fincher has been hot, having posted two or more aces the last six times she's played.

Chase's loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Lincolnton, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-6.

Chase didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against East Burke on the 2nd. As for Lincolnton, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Stuart W. Cramer on the 2nd.
