Volleyball Recap: King-Chavez Community Comes Up Short

King-Chavez Community was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Monarch Royals. If the Lions were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to the Royals when the teams met back in April of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

King-Chavez Community's loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

After both having extra time off, King-Chavez Community and Army-Navy will dust off their jerseys to square off against one another at 3:45 p.m. on March 20th. Monarch has already played their next match (against Chula Vista Learning Community Charter), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
