Basketball Recap: High Point Christian Academy Comes Up Short

High Point Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 61-37 to the Caldwell Academy Eagles. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 39-34 back in December of 2024.

High Point Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Caldwell Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. High Point Christian Academy will head out to take on Calvary Day School at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Caldwell Academy, they will venture away from home to square off against Greensboro Day School at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
