Volleyball Game Preview: Elsinore Tigers vs. West Valley Mustangs + How To Watch

Elsinore is 0-4 against West Valley since September of 2024 but things could change on Saturday. The Tigers will head out to face off against the Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. Elsinore is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

Elsinore is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Esperanza with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Tigers not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 7th (when they won 3-0).

Bell Gardens typically has all the answers at home, but on Wednesday West Valley proved too difficult a challenge. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Lancers.

West Valley's win came from a few key players Elsinore will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Kamryn Hubbell, who had 27 digs, 21 kills, and five aces. Those 27 digs gave her a new career-high. Sheiann Rosales was another key player, getting 21 digs and six aces.

West Valley was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 23 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Elsinore's record now sits at 13-16. As for West Valley, their record is now 14-18.

Elsinore might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from West Valley in their previous meeting on October 9th. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of the Mustangs' Deonys Ioane, who had 12 digs and nine kills.
