Basketball Recap: New Hope Christian Comes Up Short

New Hope Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 68-33 loss at the hands of the St. Joseph D Defenders.

Despite the defeat, New Hope Christian had strong showings from Sam Dabbs, who posted 13 points, and Jackson Crum, who earned 12 points.

New Hope Christian's record is now 0-6. As for St. Joseph D, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

New Hope Christian will head out on the road to face off against Shawnee Mission Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. New Hope Christian is facing Shawnee Mission Christian at the right time seeing as Shawnee Mission Christian is stuck on a four-game losing streak. St. Joseph D has already played their next match (against Whitefield Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
