Wahluke is 9-1 against Warden since March of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Warriors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Cougars at 1:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Wahluke is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Connell just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 2-1.

Meanwhile, Warden was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Connell.

Wahluke's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 5-2. As for Warden, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.

Wahluke skirted past Warden 3-2 in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cougars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
