Football Recap: Sebastopol Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Michael Stewart and Jahoward Johnson

Sebastopol was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 32-12 to the Ethel Tigers. The Bobcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2022.

Sebastopol's loss came despite strong showings from Jahoward Johnson and Michael Stewart. Johnson rushed for 138 yards and one TD, while Stewart picked up 36 receiving yards and one score.

Sebastopol's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Ethel, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-3.

Sebastopol does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ethel, they are taking a road trip to take on South Delta at 7:00 p.m. on the 7th.
