Elk Grove won the last time they faced Streamwood and things went their way on Saturday too. The Grenadiers came out on top against the Sabres by a score of 2-0.

Elk Grove easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-8.

Elk Grove has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-11 record this season. As for Streamwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-20.

Coincidentally, Elk Grove and Streamwood will both be playing Glenbard North the next time they take the court. The Grenadiers will host the Panthers on Saturday, while the Sabres will play them later in the day, at 9:45 a.m.
