Volleyball Recap: Tattnall Square Academy Comes Up Short

Tattnall Square Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Jones County Greyhounds, falling 3-0. If the Trojans were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Greyhounds when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-14, 25-17.

Tattnall Square Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Jones County, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tattnall Square Academy will welcome Crawford County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jones County, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Lake Oconee Academy at 5:00 p.m.
