Ida waltzed into their matchup on Sunday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Pinckney Pirates as they made off with a 9-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Bluestreaks, who have now won six games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Ida's victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-7. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for Pinckney, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 19-11-1.

Coming up, Ida will challenge Onsted at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pinckney, they will square off against Boyne City at 1:15 p.m. on Sunday.
