Volleyball Recap: Burns Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Burns lost against Douglas back in November of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Broncs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bearcats.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-18.

Leading Douglas to victory were Oakley Moore and Avynn Yost. Moore had nine digs and two aces, while Yost had 23 assists and six digs.

Burns' loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Douglas, the win (which was their 17th in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 2-0.

Burns wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Southeast on the 29th. As for Douglas, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Moorcroft on the 29th.
