Volleyball Recap: Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts Extends Winning Streak to Six

Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts waltzed into their match on Thursday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They put the hurt on the Lookout Valley Yellowjackets with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts took every set by at least 13 points. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-8, 25-12.

Sydney Heisig paced Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts' offense, picking up ten kills. Heisig got some help from Scout Coulter and her 12 assists. Coulter was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts' victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Lookout Valley, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts will take on Bradley Central at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lookout Valley, they will challenge Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
