Volleyball Recap: Cosby Takes a Loss

Cosby was the 3-1 winner over James River Midlothian when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Titans fell just short of the Rapids by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Cosby's defeat dropped their record down to 14-6. As for James River Midlothian, their victory bumped their record up to 12-10.

Looking ahead, Cosby will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Manchester at 7:00 p.m. The Lancers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Titans surely won't give up without a fight. As for James River Midlothian, they will face off against Monacan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
