Volleyball Recap: Compass Charter Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Compass Charter was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Treasure Valley Classical Academy on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Aviators lost 3-0 to the Marsing Huskies on Tuesday. The shutout was out of character for the Aviators seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in August.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-15, 25-19.

Lillian Conn paced Compass Charter's offense, picking up seven kills. Conn got some help from Arianna David and her 14 assists. Conn was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Compass Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Marsing, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 8-3.

Compass Charter has already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Vision on the 2nd. As for Marsing, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Parma on the 2nd.
