Basketball Game Recap: Pineapple Cove Classical Academy Patriots vs. St. Edward's Pirates

This season hasn't been kind to the Pineapple Cove Classical Academy Patriots, who are still winless after their fifth game. They suffered a rough 47-22 loss at the hands of St. Edward's on Wednesday. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Pineapple Cove Classical Academy in their matchups with St. Edward's: they've now lost four in a row.

Katherine Siao was Pineapple Cove Classical Academy's leading scorer, having posted seven points. Siao also led the team in rebounds with five.

Pineapple Cove Classical Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for St. Edward's, they pushed their record up to 1-3 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pineapple Cove Classical Academy will take on Space Coast at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. St. Edward's won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Master's Academy at 5:30 p.m. on December 7th. Master's Academy comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 14 points in their last four games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
