Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rogers). They came out on top against the Buffalo Bison by a score of 67-57 on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Royals as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Rogers' first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Buffalo, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rogers will be home for the holidays to greet Elk River at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Buffalo, they will take on Moorhead at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Buffalo knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Moorhead likes a good challenge.
