Football Preview: Nordhoff Rangers vs. Grace Lancers
The Nordhoff Rangers and the Grace Lancers are set to duel on Friday. Nordhoff's defense has only allowed 11.7 points per game this season, so Grace's offense will have their work cut out for them.
Last Friday, in a tight matchup that could have gone either way, Nordhoff made off with a 15-14 win over Riverside Prep.

Despite the defeat, Grace got top-tier performance from Ethan Lasecla, who rushed for 305 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 13.3 yards per carry, and also threw for 276 yards and a touchdown. That's the most rushing yards Lasecla has posted since back in September of 2023. 82 of those passing yards were hauled in by Aidan Kolesar, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.
Nordhoff's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Grace, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.
Nordhoff was taken down by Grace 48-14 when the teams last played back in October of 2017. Thankfully for Nordhoff, Lontrelle Diggs (who rushed for 192 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 10.1 yards per carry) won't be suiting up this time.
