Volleyball Recap: Boone Grove's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Boone Grove came tearing into Monday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Tri-Township Tigers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Wolves have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Boone Grove took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-15, 25-5.

Pauly McCoy paced Boone Grove's offense, picking up seven kills. McCoy got some help from Max Pollnow and his 16 assists. Pollnow was also solid from the service line: he led the team with seven aces.

Boone Grove's win bumped their record up to 4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Boone Grove is set to take on their familiar foe Washington Township at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Tri-Township will face off against rival Morgan Township at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
