Volleyball Recap: DeKalb Gets the Win

DeKalb picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They came out on top against the Woodstock Blue Streaks by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Barbs.

DeKalb easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-15.

Isabelle Smith paced DeKalb's offense, picking up four kills. Smith really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with five.

DeKalb now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Woodstock, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-14.

DeKalb has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Round Lake on the 4th. As for Woodstock, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Belvidere North on the 4th.
