Soccer Recap: Liberty Common Comes Up Short

Liberty Common managed to slip by Denver Christian the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Eagles came up short against the Thunder on Saturday, falling 6-0. Liberty Common were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Denver Christian apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2018.

Liberty Common's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7-1. As for Denver Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5-1 record this season.

Liberty Common will host The Vanguard School at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Denver Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
