Softball Recap: Henley Hornets vs. Hidden Valley Mustangs
Henley waltzed into their game on Thursday with five straight wins... but they left with six. Everything went their way against the Hidden Valley Mustangs as they made off with a 13-3 victory. The result was nothing new for Henley, who have now won six matches by ten runs or more so far this season.
Annie Campos made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off two hits. Campos has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive pitching appearances.
