Volleyball Recap: Hall Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Kassy Lopez and Evelyn Bryant

Hall lost against Princeton back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Red Devils fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 2-1. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Hall sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 21-25, 25-10.

Hall's loss came despite strong showings from Evelyn Bryant and Kassy Lopez. Bryant had 11 digs, while Lopez had eight digs.

Hall's loss dropped their record down to 8-18-1. As for Princeton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-13.

Looking ahead, Hall will be playing in front of their home fans against Kewanee at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Princeton, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Plano on the 11th.
