After a string of ten wins dating back to last season, the Holy Family Tigers's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 67-61 hit to the loss column at the hands of Broomfield. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Holy Family in their matchups with Broomfield: they've now lost five in a row.

Broomfield's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ethan Zufall led the charge by scoring 18 points. That's the first time this season that Zufall scored 15 or more points. Joey Cook was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with three steals.
Holy Family's loss dropped their record down to 5-1. As for Broomfield, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1.
