Softball Recap: Lincoln Takes a Loss

Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 18-9 to the Port Chester Rams. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-4 last Wednesday.

Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Port Chester, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Lincoln will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on White Plains at 4:30 p.m. on the 25th. As for Port Chester, they are taking a road trip to take on Mount Vernon at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
