Volleyball Recap: Phil Campbell Comes Up Short

Phil Campbell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Deshler Tigers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-7.

Kendall Scogin went supernova For Deshler., getting 24 digs and one assist. Scogin has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last three times she's played.

Phil Campbell's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Deshler, their win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-5.

Phil Campbell has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Russellville on the 2nd. As for Deshler, they will be playing at home against Wilson at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Tigers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
