Groton-Dunstable entered their tilt with Tyngsborough on Sunday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Tyngsborough Tigers with a sharp 71-51 victory. While the Crusaders didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Groton-Dunstable's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Tyngsborough, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Groton-Dunstable will take on North Middlesex Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tyngsborough, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Tyngsborough Tigers face off against the Quabbin Regional Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
