Soccer Recap: Candor Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Candor was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. They fell just short of the Edison Spartans by a score of 1-0. Candor were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Edison earlier this season, when they won 5-2.

Candor's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Edison, they moved to 2-8 with that victory, which also ended their five-match losing streak.

Looking ahead, Candor will face off against Tioga at 11:00 a.m. on Monday. Edison does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
