Recap: Bruce Red Raiders vs. Webster Tigers
The Bruce Red Raiders were the 70-69 winner over the Webster Tigers when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Bruce fell to Webster 68-62. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Webster can attribute much of their success to Ian Mcfaggen, who scored 28 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sawyer Winkler, who scored 11 points along with 9 rebounds.
Bruce's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Webster, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Bruce will look to defend their home court on Friday against Cameron at 6:30 p.m. Webster will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Frederic at 7:15 p.m. on December 8th.
