Liberty County will be up against a hot Jenkins squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. Jenkins claimed a resounding 59-25 win over Groves. With that victory, the Warriors brought their scoring average up to 50.3 points per game.

Jenkins' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Iycess Scott led the charge by almost dropping a double-double with 13 points and nine boards. Scott continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Aniyah Browner, who posted 14 points in addition to eight steals and six rebounds.

Jenkins smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in 11 consecutive contests.

Meanwhile, Liberty County was fully in charge on Tuesday, breezing past Southeast Bulloch 57-10. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Yellow Jackets recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Jenkins' victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.4 points over those games. As for Liberty County, their win bumped their record up to 12-10.

Everything came up roses for Jenkins against Liberty County in their previous matchup last Wednesday, as the team secured a 63-19 victory. In that match, Jenkins amassed a halftime lead of 32-12, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
