Volleyball Recap: Southeast of Saline Takes a Loss

Southeast of Saline was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Little River Redskins. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Southeast of Saline may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 15 points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-15.

Southeast of Saline's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Little River, the win was the 19th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-1.

Southeast of Saline has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against South Haven on the 27th. As for Little River, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Ellinwood on the 27th.
