Braylon Ricketts posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in six consecutive appearances.

Ricketts' strong effort led Bishop McNamara over St. Edward and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Green Wave are limping into the matchup having lost 12 straight at home dating back to last season.
