Baseball Recap: Eastern Takes a Loss

Mount Vernon hit Eastern with a four-run fourth inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Ramblers lost 11-1 to the Majors. The Ramblers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Eastern saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lucas Campbell, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Eastern now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Mount Vernon, they moved to 7-8 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.
