Bloomfield Hills waltzed into their contest on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Romeo Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. The Black Hawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulldogs, too.

Bloomfield Hills easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-19.

Kayla Nwabueze paced Bloomfield Hills' offense, picking up 13 kills. Nwabueze got some help from Brynn Wilcox and her 20 assists. Allison Stakoe controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Bloomfield Hills' win bumped their record up to 16-1. As for Romeo, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6-1.

Bloomfield Hills didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Grosse Pointe South on the 11th. As for Romeo, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Marian on the 11th.
