Fletcher waltzed into their contest on Thursday with 12 straight wins... but they left with 13. They blew past the Fernandina Beach Pirates 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-17, 25-21.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Fletcher to victory, but perhaps none more so than Charlee Troester, who had 11 digs and one assist. That's the most digs Troester has posted since back in August. Channing Wooten also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Fletcher was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Despite the loss, Fernandina Beach still got an impressive performance from Claire Wilson, who had ten digs and two aces.

Fletcher's record is now 15-1. As for Fernandina Beach, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-10.

Fletcher wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Mainland on the 3rd. As for Fernandina Beach, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Global Outreach Charter Academy on the 6th.
