West Memphis is on  a seven-game streak of home losses, and Nettleton an eight-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck  on Tuesday. The West Memphis Blue Devils will be playing in front of their home fans against the Nettleton Raiders  at 4:30  p.m. West Memphis has given up an average of 17.5  runs per game this season, but Tuesday's  game will give them a chance to turn things around.
West Memphis is headed in fresh off scoring the most  runs they have   all season. Everything went their way against Forrest City on Monday as they made off with  a  29-13 win. The  victory was a breath of fresh air for the Blue Devils as it put an end to their 12-game losing streak.
West Memphis got a  massive  performance out of  Emma Emberton, who  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with four  runs, two  stolen bases,  and two  doubles. The dominant performance also gave  Emberton a new career-high in  RBI (two).  Chloe Baker was another key player,  going 1-for-4 with three  runs, four  RBI,  and one  triple.
 West Memphis  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .565. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Nettleton owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Thursday. They came out on top against Parkview by a score of  5-0. The  win was some much needed relief for the Raiders as it spelled an end to their 14-game losing streak.
The result came thanks to  Kennedy Massey's shutout, as she gave up just three  hits and racked up seven Ks. She has been consistent: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in six consecutive appearances.
 On the hitting side,  Sydney Huntsman was  excellent,  going 2-for-3 with one  triple, one  run,  and one  double. That  double marked the first that  she has  hit this season. Another player making a difference was  Jayla Smith, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs and one  RBI.
 West Memphis' victory bumped their record up to 3-20. As for Nettleton, their win bumped their record up to 4-14.
