Manila came into Saturday's contest looking for another win against Tabiona, but Rocky Rhoades wouldn't allow it. The Tigers came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 53-46 on Saturday thanks in part to Rhoades, who dropped a double-double with 26 points and 12 rebounds. He has become a key player for Tabiona: the team is 8-2 when he posts at least eight boards, but 6-7 otherwise.

Despite the loss, Manila still got an impressive performance from Teague Goodman, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds. The matchup was Goodman's third in a row with at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Camden Hughes, who posted nine points.

The victory made it two in a row for Tabiona and bumps their season record up to 14-9. As for Manila, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-4.

Tabiona wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 52-42 loss against Valley on the 20th. As for Manila, they have also already played their next contest, an 84-56 win against Whitehorse on the 21st.
