East Jackson strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They enjoyed a cozy 37-22 win over the Dawson County Tigers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Dawson County lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Dylan Edwards, who picked up 136 receiving yards and one touchdown. Cody Mcbrayer was another key player, rushing for 82 yards and one TD.

East Jackson's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Dawson County, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
