South Central came tearing into Friday's contest with 11 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 40.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the D.H. Conley Vikings 66-30. The Falcons pushed the score to 65-25 by the end of the third, a deficit the Vikings cut but never quite recovered from.

It was another big night for Brook Evans, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Natalia White, who posted 12 points in addition to seven boards and five steals.

South Central smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 23 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in 16 consecutive matchups.

Zaniyah Alston and Layonee Whitaker certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Alston put up eight points, while Whitaker earned seven points.

South Central pushed their record up to 20-4 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.4 points over those games. As for D.H. Conley, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-7.

As of now, neither South Central nor D.H. Conley have any future games scheduled.
