Basketball Recap: Kaycee Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Kaycee can now relate to. They took a blow against the Niobrara County Tigers on Saturday, falling 72-38. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-18 back in December of 2024.

Kaycee's loss dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Niobrara County, their win bumped their record up to 18-4.

Kaycee does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Niobrara County, they have already played their next game, a 51-43 defeat against Southeast on the 1st.
