Soccer Recap: Norman Picks Up Third Straight Win at Home

Norman and Southmoore pushed the score to 6-2 the last time they played Southmoore, but on Thursday defenses reigned supreme. The Tigers never let the SaberCats get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. Norman have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Southmoore, too.

Elle Lockhart and Jane Lockhart scored both of Norman's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 14 goals.

Norman pushed their record up to 9-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those three matchups. As for Southmoore, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.
