Softball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for North Mahaska

North Mahaska waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Iowa Valley Tigers by a score of 10-7. The Warhawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

North Mahaska's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-2. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Iowa Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.

Looking ahead, North Mahaska will host B-G-M at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Bears will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Warhawks surely won't give up without a fight. As for Iowa Valley, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 9-1 defeat against Marquette on the 14th.
