Basketball Recap: Pigeon Forge Takes a Loss

Pigeon Forge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 70-63 to the Eagleton College & Career Academy Royals. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 38-30 back in December of 2024.

Pigeon Forge's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Eagleton College & Career Academy, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Pigeon Forge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, an 82-68 win against Cosby on the 14th. As for Eagleton College & Career Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 69-33 loss against Gatlinburg-Pittman on the 14th.
